Certificate of Compliance\uff09\uff0c\u5e76\u53d6\u5f97\u5428\u4f4d\u5206\u914d\u8bc1\u4e66\uff08REACH tonnage coverage certificate\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>REACH\u662f\u6b27\u76df\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6cd5\u89c4\uff0c\u5176\u5168\u540dRegistration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals\u8bf4\u660e\u4e86\u5b83\u662f\u9488\u5bf9\u5316\u5b66\u54c1\u8fdb\u884c\u6ce8\u518c\u3001\u8bc4\u4f30\u3001\u8bb8\u53ef\u548c\u9650\u5236\u7684\u6cd5\u89c4\uff0c\u5bf9\u6b27\u76df\u5883\u5185\u5316\u5b66\u54c1\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u3001\u8d38\u6613\u548c\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u7686\u6709\u5177\u4f53\u7684\u89c4\u8303\u3002\u5efa\u7acb\u6b64\u6cd5\u89c4\u7684\u76ee\u7684\uff0c\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u4fdd\u62a4\u4eba\u7c7b\u5065\u5eb7\u548c\u73af\u5883\u5b89\u5168\u3002<\/p>\n<p>REACH\u89c4\u7ae0\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u539f\u5219\u662f\uff0c\u5728\u6b27\u76df\u5883\u5185\u751f\u4ea7\u6216\u8fdb\u53e3\u5230\u6b27\u76df\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u6bcf\u4f01\u4e1a\u6bcf\u5e74\u5927\u4e8e1\u5428\u7684\u5316\u5b66\u7269\u8d28\uff08\u8c41\u514d\u6e05\u5355\u5185\u7684\u7269\u8d28\u4e0d\u5728\u6b64\u9650\uff09\uff0c\u4f01\u4e1a\u5fc5\u987b\u4e3a\u8be5\u5316\u5b66\u7269\u8d28\u5411\u6b27\u76df\u5316\u5b66\u54c1\u7ba1\u7406\u7f72\uff08ECHA<\/p>\n<p>European Chemicals Agency\uff0c\u4f4d\u4e8e\u82ac\u5170\u8d6b\u5c14\u8f9b\u57fa\uff09\u8fdb\u884c\u6ce8\u518c\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u8fd9\u5957\u6cd5\u89c4\u590d\u6742\u4e14\u7275\u6d89\u5e7f\u6cdb\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u5206\u9636\u6bb5\u5b9e\u65bd\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u8bbe\u5b9a\u4e86\u6267\u884c\u7684\u65f6\u7a0b\uff0c\u7ed9\u4e88\u4f01\u4e1a\u7f13\u51b2\u671f\u53ca\u51c6\u5907\u65f6\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2007.6.1 \uff08\u7f13\u51b2\u671f\uff09\u5206\u9636\u6bb5\u7269\u8d28\u9884\u6ce8\u518c\u671f\u9650<\/p>\n<p>2008.12.1-2017.5.31 \uff08\u7f13\u51b2\u671f\uff09\u5206\u9636\u6bb5\u7269\u8d28\u540e\u9884\u6ce8\u518c\u671f\u9650<\/p>\n<p>2010.11.30 \u6bcf\u5e74\u751f\u4ea7\u6216\u8fdb\u53e3 &gt;1,000\u5428\u5206\u9636\u6bb5\u7269\u8d28\u7684\u4f01\u4e1a\u5b8c\u6210\u6ce8\u518c<\/p>\n<p>2013.5.31 \u6bcf\u5e74\u751f\u4ea7\u6216\u8fdb\u53e3100~1,000\u5428\u5206\u9636\u6bb5\u7269\u8d28\u7684\u4f01\u4e1a\u5b8c\u6210\u6ce8\u518c<\/p>\n<p>2018.5.31 \u6bcf\u5e74\u751f\u4ea7\u6216\u8fdb\u53e3 &gt;1\u5428\u5206\u9636\u6bb5\u7269\u8d28\u7684\u4f01\u4e1a\u5b8c\u6210\u6ce8\u518c<\/p>\n<p>\u5b8c\u6210\u4e86\u6b63\u5f0f\u6ce8\u518c\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u7533\u8bf7\u7684\u4f01\u4e1a\u4f1a\u53d6\u5f97\u6bcf\u79cd\u5316\u5b66\u7269\u8d28\u7684REACH\u6ce8\u518c\u53f7\uff08\u5f00\u5934\u4e3a01\uff0c\u598201-XXXX-XXXX\uff09\u3002\u6b64\u6ce8\u518c\u53f7\u53ef\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5b8c\u6210\u6ce8\u518c\u7684\u8bc1\u660e\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5411\u4f9b\u5e94\u94fe\u5404\u73af\u8282\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u6c9f\u901a\u51ed\u636e\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u91cd\u590d\u6ce8\u518c\u3001\u7533\u62a5\u3002\u672a\u6765\uff0c\u5728\u6b27\u76df\u5883\u5185\u751f\u4ea7\u6216\u8fdb\u53e3\u5230\u6b27\u76df\u5883\u5185\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u7b26\u5408\u5e74\u603b\u91cf1\u5428\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7b49\u6761\u4ef6\u8005\uff0c\u7686\u5fc5\u987b\u5177\u5907\u76f8\u5e94\u7684REACH\u6ce8\u518c\u53f7\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u5728\u6b27\u76df\u5e02\u573a\u4e0a\u6295\u653e\u9500\u552e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>PVC\u80f6\u6c34\u7528\u4e8e\u4fee\u8865\u5145\u6c14\u8239\u3001\u5145\u6c14\u5e8a\u7b49\u5927\u5c0f\u5145\u6c14\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u5176\u6210\u5206\u4e2d\u542b\u6709\u6570\u9879\u5fc5\u987b\u53d6\u5f97REACH\u6ce8\u518c\u7684\u5316\u5b66\u7269\u8d28\u3002\u5e7f\u5dde\u6b23\u4e1c\u5c5e\u4e8e\u975e\u6b27\u76df\u5883\u5185\u7684\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u662f\u900f\u8fc7\u6b27\u76df\u5883\u5185\u7684\u552f\u4e00\u4ee3\u8868\uff08OR\uff0cOnly
